- Pre-execution — the final team for your home is lined up and materials are ordered, all with proper paperwork and agreements in place.
- Execution — site supervision, with weekly site progress reports and photo updates, even when you can't be on site.
- Handover — quality check, snag list, final cleaning and a handover walkthrough, on the date we committed to.
What turnkey usually doesn't include
This is where misunderstandings start, so ask early. Loose furniture like sofas and mattresses, appliances, décor items and civil changes (breaking walls, moving plumbing lines) may or may not be in scope. A good turnkey firm tells you upfront what's in and what's out.
